How to Plan a Birthday Party at Splashit (Step-by-Step)
By Team Splashit · Published 16 Apr 2026 · Last updated 16 Apr 2026

Most Splashit birthdays are planned in under 48 hours. Here's the exact sequence our birthday coordinator walks parents through — use it as a checklist.
Step 1 — Pick the activity
Match the birthday kid's age and interests to an activity: Slime Lab (4-10), Neon Splatter (6-14), Teddy Pour (5-11), Acrylic Pour (7-14), Tufting (12+).
Step 2 — Pick the date and city
Weekend slots in Delhi and Bangalore fill 3+ weeks out. Book 4 weeks ahead for weekends, 1-2 weeks for weekdays.
Step 3 — Confirm headcount
Packages start at ₹15,000 for 10 kids. Additional kids charged per head. Confirm final headcount 48 hours before the party (adjustments after that may not refund).
Step 4 — Cake and food
Outside cakes are welcome. Splashit can arrange simple snacks or refer local caterers. Some parents bring chicken-nugget-and-cake style spreads — works great.
Step 5 — Decor and extras
Splashit decor (balloons, banners) is included. External decorators allowed with prior approval. Add-ons: photographer, emcee, character visits — all bookable.
How do I lock it in?
Email hello@splashit.co.in or WhatsApp +91-9266511416 with date, city, activity and headcount. Our birthday coordinator sends a proposal within a business day. A non-refundable booking deposit confirms your slot.
