Welcome to Splashit. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, booking of activities, purchase of products, and participation in events across all Splashit locations. By booking an activity, purchasing a product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Splashit is operated by Splash Experiences, an experiential art and activity brand headquartered in Delhi NCR, India. We operate physical studios across multiple cities including Delhi (Saket), Gurugram, Noida, and Bangalore (Koramangala), offering immersive creative activities including but not limited to Neon Splatter Room, Acrylic Pour Art, Teddy Pour Art, Tufting, Mosaic Art, Wall Clock Making, Slime Making, Resin Art, and Art Classes.
References to "Splashit," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Splash Experiences and its associated brands, including SlimeIt.
2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation message (via email, WhatsApp, or SMS) has been sent to you.
- Bookings can be made through our website (book.splashit.co.in), via WhatsApp, by phone, or in person at any Splashit location.
- Walk-in customers are welcome but are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.
- Each booking is valid for the specific date, time, location, and activity selected at the time of booking.
- Group bookings (10 or more people) may require a minimum advance notice of 48 hours.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of participants per session to ensure a quality experience for all guests.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website and at our locations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash (at physical locations only).
- Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Splashit does not store your card details.
- Prices for activities, products, and packages are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price will not change for that booking.
- Any promotional discounts, coupon codes, or offers are subject to their specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Prices may vary across locations. Please check the pricing for your specific location before booking.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Credits
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking to a different date or time, subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the originally booked date and time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability at the desired new date and time.
- The rescheduled booking must be for the same activity and the same number of participants unless a price adjustment is made.
- Rescheduling requests can be made by emailing hello@splashit.co.in with your booking details.
Cancellations & Credits
If you need to cancel your booking:
- A credit for the full amount paid will be issued to your name and contact details.
- This credit can be used to book any activity at any Splashit location across all cities.
- Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- To request a cancellation and receive a credit, please email hello@splashit.co.in with your booking ID and reason for cancellation.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your booked session without prior notice (no cancellation or rescheduling request made at least 48 hours in advance), the booking will be considered forfeited. No credit will be issued for no-shows.
Cancellations by Splashit
In rare circumstances, Splashit may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen events such as equipment failure, safety concerns, natural disasters, or insufficient minimum group size for certain workshops. In such cases:
- We will notify you as early as possible via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- You will be offered a full rescheduling to a date of your choice or a credit for future use.
- In the event of cancellation by Splashit, a monetary refund may be processed at our sole discretion.
5. Activities & Participation
All activities at Splashit are designed to be fun, safe, and accessible to all skill levels. No artistic experience is required.
- Activities are conducted in group settings unless a private session has been booked.
- Each activity has a designated duration. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and no additional time will be provided.
- All materials required for activities are provided by Splashit and are included in the activity price.
- Protective gear (coveralls, gloves, shoe covers) is provided for activities that require it, such as the Neon Splatter Room.
- Any artwork created during an activity belongs to the participant. You are free to take it home. For activities like tufting where the finished product requires post-processing, pickup or delivery arrangements will be communicated.
- Splashit reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily suspend any activity without prior notice.
6. Safety & Conduct
The safety and comfort of all our guests and staff is our top priority.
- All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by Splashit staff before and during activities.
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. No refund or credit will be provided in such cases.
- Any behaviour that is abusive, aggressive, or disruptive to staff or other participants may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund or credit.
- All paints, materials, and supplies used at Splashit are non-toxic and safe for use. However, participants with known allergies or skin sensitivities should inform staff before the session begins.
- Splashit is not responsible for damage to personal clothing, accessories, or belongings during activities. We strongly recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting paint on.
- Open-toed footwear is not recommended for certain activities. Splashit will provide shoe covers where necessary.
7. Children & Minors
We welcome children of all ages at Splashit. However:
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during activities.
- Children aged 12-17 may participate independently but a parent or guardian must be present on the premises.
- Some activities may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children during the session.
- By booking for a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the child.
8. Birthday Parties & Group Events
Splashit offers birthday party packages and corporate/group event packages at all locations.
- Party and event bookings require advance booking and are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable booking amount may be required at the time of reservation to confirm a party date and time.
- The final headcount must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Additional guests beyond the confirmed headcount will be charged at the applicable per-person rate.
- Reductions in headcount after confirmation may not result in a price reduction if minimum package thresholds are not met.
- Outside food and beverages may or may not be allowed depending on the location and package. Please confirm with the location team at the time of booking.
- Decorations provided by Splashit are included in the package. External decorators may be allowed with prior approval.
- Splashit is not responsible for any third-party services arranged by the customer (e.g., external photographers, decorators, entertainers) during the event.
- Party cancellation and rescheduling policies follow the same rules as Section 4 above.
9. Product Purchases (SlimeIt & Merchandise)
Splashit sells products including but not limited to slime jars, DIY kits, and merchandise through our online store (slime.splashit.co.in), third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.), and at physical locations.
- All product sales are final. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- For damaged or defective products, please contact hello@splashit.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage.
- Replacement or store credit will be provided for confirmed damaged/defective items at our discretion.
- Product colours, textures, and scents may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to the handmade nature of our products.
- Shipping timelines, charges, and delivery areas are as displayed at the time of checkout. Splashit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.
- Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Splashit's website, social media, and marketing materials — including logos, brand names, images, videos, text, graphics, and designs — are the intellectual property of Splash Experiences and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- "Splashit" and "SlimeIt" are trademarks of Splash Experiences.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Splashit content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- User-generated content (photos, videos, reviews) shared by customers remains the property of the respective creators, but by tagging Splashit or using our hashtags, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, or use such content for marketing purposes.
11. Photography & Media
Splashit studios are designed to be photogenic, and we encourage guests to take photos and videos during their sessions.
- Splashit and its staff may take photographs and videos during activities and events for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
- By visiting a Splashit location and participating in activities, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such images/videos by Splashit across its marketing channels.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the location before the session begins.
- For birthday parties and private events, Splashit will seek permission before posting any photos or videos publicly.
12. Privacy & Data
We collect personal information (name, phone number, email address) at the time of booking to process your reservation, communicate with you about your booking, and send you important updates.
- Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
- We may use your contact information to send you promotional offers, discounts, and updates about Splashit. You can opt out at any time by contacting hello@splashit.co.in.
- Payment information is processed by Razorpay and is not stored on Splashit's servers.
- We may use cookies and analytics tools on our website to improve user experience and track website performance.
13. Limitation of Liability
Splashit endeavours to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. However:
- Participation in all activities is at the participant's own risk.
- Splashit shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in any activity, except where such injury or damage is caused by the negligence of Splashit or its staff.
- Splashit is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings including mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, or other valuables brought to the premises.
- In no event shall Splashit's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking or purchase in question.
- Splashit is not liable for any interruption of services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government orders, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
14. Modifications to Terms
Splashit reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of Splashit's services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
