Welcome to Splashit! Before you book or participate in any of our activities, please carefully read and understand our Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 5 years old to enter the neon room. Axe throwing participants must be 18 years or older.
• Group Bookings:
  • For group events, please ensure all members meet the age requirements and comply with our safety guidelines.
  • Payment for group bookings and parties must be made 7 days before. This is to ensure that we can book the rooms exclusively as well as avoid double bookings. 

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds: All sales are final and can not be refunded. We can however shift the dates and times as per availability . 
• Changes: If you need to change your booking, please notify us immediately.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Safety and Conduct

• Safety First: All participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by our staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
• Axe Throwing: Participants in axe throwing must follow all safety instructions provided by our trained staff. Misuse of equipment or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.
• Liability: Splashit is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

5. Personal Belongings

• Responsibility: Splashit is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.

6. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal information only for booking and communication purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Updates: Splashit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to all bookings made after the changes are posted.
